I felt the technical screen and onsite interview itself was fair and respectful. However, the lack of followup by the recruiter after the onsite interview - given the time I devoted to preparing for and participating in the interviews - does not speak well for Nuance, and was a warning sign as to what I might expect had I been offered a position with them and accepted it. If they do not show a candidate respect by sending even a rejection form letter once they have made their decision, I have to wonder how they treat their people once hired.
