Spoke with Talent Acquisition and within a couple of days I spoke with the hiring manager. Prior to the on-site meeting Talent Acquisition sent me a detailed e-mail with what to expect and how to prepare. This was complemented by a 10 minute call to ensure that all "eyes-were-dotted" and "tees-crossed" to ensure my success. I arrived to the on-site meeting with all team members these were conducted one on one with individuals that you would be working with and for. As others have mentioned be prepared for behavioral questions. Remember that they sell to lawyers so if you have any personality keep it in check. My recommendation would be to pretend like you are in a court of law and act accordingly and be well-prepared. I was prepared and felt the process was great. I was not offered the position but Talent Acquisition was quite transparent and willing to engage in a follow-up call with me to discuss the reasons behind the decision. I could not have asked for anything more except an offer letter. Again I emphasize be prepared and do your research if you do not have an eDiscovery background. All Questions are behavioral so ensure you have great examples do not be vague be specific and do not hesitate to say that you have to think about your response. Example: Describe to me a situation where you were given constructive criticism and how did you handle it and what was your next course of action as a result? Just one of many like this.
