1st round phone interviews consist of 2 calls from 2 different desks. For me, it was from sales and structuring. Mostly behavioral questions for my call from the structuring desk plus brainteaser, while sales interviewer got a lot more on technical questions and markets. 2nd round face to face was pretty chill, talked about markets,motivation and was asked about some behavioral questions.

Talk about a time where something didn't go as planned and what you did afterwards ( something along those lines) 4. Talk about a time where you may have had to do many tasks at once and how you went about handling them and whether it was effective 5.
