4 different interviews, 3 clinical and1 around tech (making sure you are comfortable with their platforms). All getting to know the candidate and providing information about the position along with a few clinical situations questions.
They barely asked questions...just sat there taking notes while I tried to carry the conversation. I felt like they already knew who they wanted, they were just trying to bide their time...
