Describe my research
ob interviews are often perceived as an unpleasant rite of passage. However, with ample preparation, it is possible to enter the interview process with confidence and to enjoy the experience. A common misconception of those new to the process is that the interviewer holds all the power. Instead, the interview is a way for both parties to assess the fit between you and your skills and interests, and the company and its values and culture.

What have you done for catalysis
Do you have previous experience in catalysis? More questions about chemical reactions
They asked simple things, about me as an individual. Personal questions to gauge if I was the right fit in the group. Also was asked a few simple technical questions on a sample of written work/report I sent as part of the application process.
If I have experience working with cell culture
Questions were mostly regarding my personality ("How do you act under pressure?") and previous works ("Tell about your masters research" or "What's your experience with XX subject?")
