Given it is an HR position and I did not have HR experience, we talked a lot about how my skills from previous roles could transfer over. Another question that I was frequently asked was how I spend my time outside of work. I felt like they were asking this question to see if my lifestyle would align with the company's values/mission but also just a general wondering of how I take care of myself and recharge. I appreciated both of those conversations every time they were brought up and felt like it was an easy way to share about myself.
