Their assessment was very based on how would I plan to scale the company from different HR aspect. For the video interview, I remember them asking about how I set up myself to succeed in a remote environment alongside other questions.
They wanted to understand my remote environment set-up, and reason for wanting to join them. On the assessment part it was exercises about planning for growing the company from different HR aspects.
