How would you prioritize your backlog? This was the sticking point for me. Like they expect you to come up with a framework to prioritize product features in a vacuum. Are you telling me the company doesn't have any strategic targets? I'm supposed to just guess at the larger vision for the company and come up with something that makes sense?
I was asked a lot of questions in the second round but then not really given opportunity to answer them. Also, questions were asked about specific third party products which i did not recognise, e.g. a google analytics alternative
It seems that one of your teammates takes sick leaves without any proper reason. How will you react to that?
6. Your product works in a live environment. Unfortunately, there was an incident where the product was down for some while. The team has noticed and fixed all the problems pretty fast. What will you do after this incident?
