The interview was surprisingly intense. There were about 15 open ended questions asking for detailed answers. The interview lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. They asked questions such as what was a good team you were on, and what made it a good team? And on the flipside what was a not so good team you were on, and why wasn't it good? What was a situation in your life (work related or personal) where things were not going your way, and how did you handle it? What would you do if some girls in your troop were bullying other girls? What does professionalism mean to you?
