I was never actually interviewed during my phone interview. The recruited stated since I did not have a degree at this time, there was no need to proceed with this interview.
How was my leadership. More specifically with civilians.
The interviewer was adamant that the candidates live within 25kms of one of their locations Downtown Toronto despite the role being regional and that after expanding through the GTA, no candidate could live within that proximity to all stores.
I can not discuss these questions, as they were company specific.
