Our operations in Israel are expanding rapidly and we are planning to recruit 40K couriers in 2023. The conversion rate today from Application to 1st delivery is 25%. Looking at this number, “regular” marketing acquisition on media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and GoogleAds) will not suffice. Please describe your plan to aquire leads in other ways (leads who become couriers of course). Please make sure to describe what efforts, resources, budget and time allocation would be needed in ordet to achieve your plan.
