Durante la entrevista me realizaron una serie de preguntas orientadas a conocer en profundidad mi perfil y evaluar mis capacidades. Comenzaron explorando mi background y mi experiencia previa en el sector, profundizando en los roles que he desempeñado, mis responsabilidades principales y los aprendizajes más relevantes. También me pidieron detallar algunos de los proyectos en los que he trabajado, con especial interés en los objetivos, los retos encontrados y los resultados obtenidos. Esto permitió contextualizar mi forma de trabajar y cómo aplico mis conocimientos en escenarios reales. Por último, incluyeron varias preguntas situacionales diseñadas para evaluar mi capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Estas preguntas buscaban entender cómo reacciono ante escenarios complejos, cómo priorizo, qué criterios utilizo para decidir y cómo gestiono posibles incidencias o situaciones de presión.
