Standard STAR type questioning throughout most of the panel interview, with a few more human-type questions. You definitely get the feel that it is a small, family-type company form the questioning. Even the STAR questioning is done in a matter that avoids sounding robotic or used for general screening. The 1-on-1 was laid back and was a true, get to know you, type interview. Very thorough. The Nashville Operations Manager is the best interviewer I have ever known.
No tough questions really. The only one that caught me off guard was a question regarding clients. Would I spend more time with a bigger client than a small one.
