Both interviews put a lot of stress on my ability to terminate employees. I got the impression that they want to clean house, but to do it with a new manager. Apparently, the existing managers have formed friendships with the employees and are looking for someone else to do their dirty work.
Everyone was really polite and were kept me informed throughout the interviews.
