There was no interview. The battery of tests was difficult/challenging, especially the logic section. I took a prep course several years later to improve my scores and qualification status.
What leadership role do you find yourself most comfortable in?
General, generic questions. Reason for leaving last job, etc. They are really just assessing if you are a good fit personality wise.
