What can you bring to the company that will improve it?
When was a time you went above and beyond to help someone?
What is a conflict that you encountered and how did you overcome that problem.
expectations on a nightly basis are totally unachievable, you never get enough staff to do the work even though they give you all the info you need to prove this but put it on paper as evidence and you will be told to 'just get on with it'. colleague training is so repetative you will lose your will to live within first 3 months. due diligence process and 'safe and sound' process is nothing more than a paper work exercise and will be use to discipline you when something goes wrong further up the tree. there is a real bad blame culture rather than trying to ensure the problem does not happen again.
Give an example of when you experienced good customer service.
What three things would I change in the shop itself? Why do you want to work for m&s? Why this role/why should we hire you? Any holidays? Do I live nearby? Drive or public transport? Have I worked nights before? Do you know what the role entails? What does customer service mean to you? Have you worked in retail before? Are you currently working? Why do you want to leave there/get a new job?
Q: Tell me about a time you dealt with a customer complaint.
