The stakeholders thoroughly study your resume & profile to ask you questions relevant to your specific Achievements/Interests/Experience. I also found them to be very relevant for the role I applied for.

Why did you choose ITV?
Interviewer asked me about my knowledge on ESG and impact investment. He asked me about new private markets and such. Nothing really finance related which I found interesting. Really nice chap. Interview was via phone and not on a video which mean's no need to put interview attire!
