I was asked to describe my responsibilities and accomplishments in detail in my previous job and connect them to the job for which I was interviewing. I was also asked a few basic questions about team management and team conflict. Madam gave me instants which can arise during working in team and asked what will you do in them.

The interviewer asked me about my past experience with customer service. Up until then I had only worked retail, so I had a lot of customer service experience. I knew I didn't know what I wanted to do, but I knew I didn't want to work retail.
The founder of the company is a fan of Carol Dweck who wrote the book "Mindset". Read for your interview with her - she meets everyone she hires. Be prepared to answer questions to why you do things rather than what you do, especially about your failures and shortcomings, which is fair enough as it shows growth and reflection, but be prepared to not be believed even when you are being honest.
