She asked me what sort of leadership I've exhibited in my professional career, which I had a hard time answering. She also asked if I'd done any research that I could show off, and though I had done much of it in college, I drew an almost complete blank.

They asked about my previous jobs for competencies & korean fluency since you'll be interacting with korean teams/players.
She picks a point on your resume at starts her questions. She is very efficient, easy to talk with, and true to her word. The best HR/Interviewer that I have ever experienced. Kudos to NCCI for the caliber of its employees. If all are like M.G. no wonder the CEO is at 80% and they have 4.5 stars.
Very basic -- a ton of questions about previous roles. One guy asked me about politics and who I thought would win an election that was coming up. No behavioral questions.
