Being fresh out of college, I honestly found many of the questions to be abstract to me and somewhat difficult to answer without hesitation. For example: What are your greatest strengths, as well as weaknesses? Have you ever been involved in conflict, and how did you resolve? What special characteristics set you apart from other candidates?

None, pretty much what they tell you t expect.
My experience
Basic stuff. The ME manager now is a totally technically focused guy (less so on design). Expect some basic technical questions, but not too grueling.
