How do you feel about work-life balance? How do you deal with not having enough time?
Basic behavioral as well as marketing specific e.g. what is an example of a good commercial you've seen recently, what is your favorite brand, where do you see yourself in 10 years. You need to convince them you want the role, the company, and functionally to do marketing.
