i was not expecting all the questions about working with difficult people. Later i found out that the emphasis on that was due to management blaming "difficult employees" for all the things that go wrong on projects. I should have seen that as a red flag.
why you want to work with us rather then our competitors
Were your results measurable? How so? Did you save the company money? How much? Were you able to reduce costs? Reduce manufacturing time? How much time?
