Good part about all these discussions are transparency and detailing about job details, I was impressed with small nitty gritty details shared by both hiring manager and HR. Second round of discussion happened with hiring manager and it was related to team handling issues and resource management questions. Though I am not get selected but I will definitely look for joining this company in future. Appreciate efforts taken by HR and India Management to setup a very candidate friendly and smooth process for interviews.
