Is there anything you would change about your interview?
There were a lot of questions about what I would do in certain situations, and if I had ever experienced some very specific things. Then he started asking about specific dates of when I graduated high school, started college, etc. as to try to calculate my age. He stepped away to get water and I saw a note in his notebook that said something like “too young.” Then he later said that I was answering all the questions right and had great experience but that the board would laugh at how young I look. He said he’d have to tell them to close their eyes and listen to what I was saying to take me seriously. He commented that he knew HR wouldn’t like that but that he was really struggling with my age. He asked if I was being considered for other management roles and I confirmed, and he was shocked because of how young I am.

The interviews were with very common questions, but the business case presentation were very challenging with many questions asked by 3 participants playing different roles as Product Manager, Customer, Project manager from another company
