This company is disorganized - the job posting/emails/phone interview state Director role, they bait and switch you with "business partner" in the interview. The company has an HR Committee - who has ever even heard of this. The VPs snickered at the CFO claim to collaboration and the CFO admitted to being dictator. The CFO was incredibly arrogant. The company lacks vision and structure. The essential functions of the position discussed during the phone interview did not align with the in person interview.
