Tell me about a project where you made a significant change to an existing process? etc. They never bothered to give me any feedback.

Design a SDK wrapped around a REST API that exists on the internet (which only has one or two flavors of interaction in it).
I don't remember the specifics. It was almost entirely behavioral questions with one high level technical design question.

How many people did you manage?
My resume showed I had master/principal to director level experience that tied into each job requirement. I am guessing this is why the interview questions were basic and did not drill much into my experience on how it matches the job description.
