What is one of your weaknesses? 4 interviews. One with hiring manager, one with a board of mangers, and then 2 1 on 1 interviews with random GE employees. Total time 2 hours.
No technical question. Mostly behavioral questions and your probable actions in real life scenarios or conflicts. And Know Your Resume.
