Describe a situation where you had to work with someone you did not get along well with. How did you remedy this situation?
Q: Are you capable of working in a robust environment and finish various maintenance projects without supervision.
Again, it was a flowing conversation with open-ended questions asking more about experiences.
Have you used CMMS before
When was the last time you received a feedback? Who was it from? How did you react?
Asked several stereotypical questions first. Asked me why I would want to leave a company that I had been so successful at. But before I could answer, the second interviewer accused me of wanting to leave my current company because I had been promoted too quickly (3 times in 5 years) and said that that level of quick advancement was not maintainable and then implied that I would not be happy at their company. Very strange vibe going on between the two interviewers. Left the interview with the first interviewer telling me that I would be hearing from them again real soon. I was confident that I could do the job well, but fairly sure the pay would not be competitive enough. Talked to the recruiter a couple of days later and asked if he had any feedback from the interview. He said I was not selected for the next round of interviews, but had no explanation for why. I was relieved.
