The owner interviewed me, and she is very nice. Interview was brief. Questions were basic about my school etc. I am a beginner, without experience, but did not feel intimidated. Application asks for 5 (all personal) references address and phone #s. Had brought a few business references, so had to scramble through my phone to look up names etc. I don't think they even checked my references though, just my criminal record/licensing credentials.
