I interviewed again a couple of years later with the new HR director. He was also let go since I started. He asked me no questions. He just offered me the position. I am grateful I got the job but the rumor is that if you show up and don't mind making the low end of what the industry pays you will get the job. This company is desperate for people and not willing to pay much so its pretty easy as long as you can pass a drug test and background check. The professionalism no longer exists.

They thrust a piece of paper at me as soon as I got there telling me I had not filled this out. I had. I guess they want to see how you handle an unexpected situation. It asked for my strenghts, weaknesses, and what I would like to improve on
