They require a Social Security number from you before they will allow you to enter the hiring event. This is so they can check your Clearance. Everything about the event was setup "my way or the highway" feel to it, they were just looking for entry-level people with a Clearance.

Architect and Director on the call challenged some suppositions and gave some insights from their perspectives. They also asked me a specific logic question on a calculation for a UI situation.
