Truthfully, I wasn't unhappy there, but a recruiter told me about this start-up company, their founder's success in previous ventures and that they were building core-mobile games of the future. It was hard to resist wanting to talk with them, but hard to explain why I was willing to leave a well-established company, move my family and to join an unproven start-up.
