No difficult or unexpected questions, they just asked about process and maybe a few scenarios.
What type of research do you carry out.

STAR process and onsite interview
Pretty standard questions... nothing off the wall or unexpected.
HR: Tell me about yourself, salary expectations, role and responsibilities discussion. Put your foot down about your salary expectations with HR here and confirm if they can match. They are more than happy to lowball you like anything in the end stage. Hiring Mgr: Tell about yourself , Best project experience, worst project experience, describe your ideal next role Case studies: Explain project end-to-end from requirements to delivery and bring in business achievements Whiteboarding : Get the context, understand the users, focus on certain flows, translate to rough storyboarding. Speak out loud and verbalize your design thought process and decisions. Heads up: The Sitetracker team , despite going on and on about good time mgmt with stakeholders , cannot manage their time with candidates in the interview process at all. So if they schedule a meeting for 60 minutes, be well aware that they will drag it to 90 minutes. Clear lack of respect for their candidate pool and , most likely even, their own employees.
