Asked to described exactly how I would come in and change the communication structure and how I would improve the flow of projects. How I would handle a large volume of projects as well. Because I had worked in the area I had some good examples, but if I hadn't worked in the environment or in similar roles before, I think this could have been hard to describe. I would have had to use outside examples. I thought the interviewers asked a lot of very good questions. It really seemed like they were trying to get information that would help them improve their roles in a way.
