Tell me about yourself/your research. How would you deal with someone who was not satified with the color matching you did? Name a time when you had a difficult coworker/classmate and how did you overcome that. How would your professor/old manager describe you? Greatest weakness/strength. How do you prioritize deadlines? How do you stay organized? How are you with electronic documentation? (such an odd question... like it's literally common sense) Where do you see yourself in five years? When would you be willing to start working? What made you want to work here? Why did you major in what you majored in?
