I had a number of questions around dealing with difficult people - how to keep project team members who don't get along and how to handle people who dominate meetings I am leading.
The most unexpected question was a business case scenario. They presented me with an issue that had actually happened a few weeks earlier and asked me not to solve it, but rather to walk them through the steps I would take to solve it. They wanted to understand my thought processes and how I would approach issues and work through them.
