They started with a short HR interview to make sure it was a job you'd actually be interested in and moved to a take-home code test where you can select from a wide variety of questions/challenges to complete. I actually like the take-home thing. I think it's a smart way to go. I put about 3 hours into mine. But really, I have no idea if they even looked at it.
