In the first filter a recruiter asked me just a few questions to grade my english skills. I have to talk about which city I would like to visit and describe the reasons. Furthermore I had to give directions in order to get from my house to downtown. And finaly give my opinion about the education in my country.

Experience. They ask bow long you've been interpreting for which is a question everybody asks doesn't matter where you apply.
