What do you think makes you right for this position?
There were not difficult questions being asked, it was more of a personality testing kind of exercise, since not everyone is fit to be in a sales position. The position required it.
Be quick on your feet. Being in sales, especially insurance, you will be confronted with a large amount of questions and they don''t want someone that is going to sit there and do the "ummmmms". Make sure you go to the interview with a clear mind and everything you want to know about and all the information of how you can be successful in order. There were really no tough questions, it is just being able to answer quickly and accurately.

What was the most difficult employment situation and how did I respond to it.
They were traditional.
What did you dislike most about your previous job?
There werent any he had no clue how to interview
Not a structured interview. This tackily dressed young man just collected the resumes that the company already had and asked what our biggest takeaway from the video was.
