Because we only had 10 mins, the questions were very basic i.e. tell me about yourself and what you're looking for in your next role?
He asked if I would mind going into homes and discussing their products.
I was asked typical interview questions that required I pull in examples of my experience within the insurance companies I worked for over the past 20+ years. Questions were related to leadership, Systems, working with TPAs and other vendors, etc. in retrospect, I don’t believe the interview team was asking the right questions for whatever they were looking for to fill this role.
