After the third question I ended the interview as it was clear the process is tailored to compile an obscene amount of data and yet never truly understand or identify who the candidate is and or the unique values and experience which they possess. I find it interesting that companies like dmartsheet constantly tout their people as their strategic asset, yet they create a process which an hr manager could enjoy. Smartsheet executives, take back your company from HR , otherwise your business will resemble what they want it to be and not what will create unique greatness.
