All the questions were very easy. like why you are using Database why dont you use text files etc..
He asked me about complete functionality of Maven though I am not a maven expert and no where I have mentioned that in my resume. Looks like they were looking for Maven expert rather then the whole DevOps expert. Also asked me theoretical questions like what are the best practices to write a Dockerfile. I never googled it. In my 10 years of experience client never asked me about that. He gave me the work. I delivered it with the best of its quality. He was super satisfied. Job done. But this man Gopal was so keen to make the final decision based on thesee irrelevant questions.

Typical interview stuff...they did have a situational interview which was not a big deal unless you really don't know what you are doing. Basically they present a problem or an engagement situation and ask you to outline an approach
There were no particular questions, just discussed my past experience.
Questions were primarily around project management and types of projects handled in past. Some scenarios were presented and asked to elaborate on how to manage different aspects of project delivery
