The most unexpected question was concerning my knowledge of the insurance veritcle the company served. I knew about the industry do to my previous experience. Other questions were concerning my expertise and not difficult at all.

I don't remember everything, just general questions about how I collaborate, how I get resources if we need to get a quick project together, etc. Pretty basic managerial questions. For a VP role, would've expected a more in depth conversation around business strategy alignment, transformation, partner relationships, etc. But as I said this wasn't really a VP level. The questions were more fitting for an IT Manager.
Very basic and broad spectrum questions, just about what my experience is and how I keep up with new developments in the field. I was interviewed for a total of 10 minutes, where I ended up asking more questions than they did.
How would you handle a technical issue with a coworker who is not very technically inclined.
