(I thought this a clever question in getting to know their applicants) what do you look for or want from the company ?

Standard stuff like job history, then into situational questions about times of success/failure, with accounts and co workers.
Stage 1 and 2: Talk about yourself. Stage 1 and 2: Talk about your experience. Stage 2: There is a script to read and “their boss” will hear your voice to gauge whether they want you.
Why I thought I could be a good fit?
How long have you sold Medicare? How many licenses do you have, and what are the carriers? How many policies did you write for your previous employer? How many sales did you average in a day? Could you walk me through your sales process? Etc
"On a scale from 1 - 10, how do you think you did at this interview?".. Seriously, who asks that? Very amateur interviewing question.
They asked me if I was licensed, which I was. I was then offered the job
