Unexpected question not related to the profile totally. Why arent you going back and joining your previous company? Who is the new HR Head in your previous company? What was the good thing about the Old HR Head.

Without divulging details, the interviewer asked me how I would handle a current issue/situation that was happening at the company. I appreciated the question, and appreciated even more that the names/issues were kept anonymous.
