Fairly standard behavioral and situational interview questions. The interview was conducted very professionally and lasted about an hour-and-a-half.
Do not remember the actual questions.
Your typical fit questions and some behavioral questions. One interviewer asked questions you could not have possibly prepared for and that was a bit odd. I put in a TON of prep work.
Tell me about a time when you had to stand up for your integrity/values.
They use Korn Ferry tests which are a waste of time as don't assess true working skill or experience. It would be more suitable to find the right fit for the company based on character and experience instead of 3 childish tests that would never be applied in a working environment. Seems that the company has lots of test passers with poor job skills and no experience.
