None were asked filled out application. Was called and asked if I could come back pick up paperwork for drug test, that I was hired if I passed the test. The only question asked was could I live on property which I replied yes.

I can't recall all the questions but DO NOT mention that you may be a single parent or even that you have children (this goes for most jobs though) as being a salaried employee, they don't care. If your child is sick, too bad. If you're sick too bad.
