Two questions come to mind. The "most difficult" question was pretty standard, asking about an obstacle I had encountered on a project and how did I resolve it. The "unexpected" question, coming from HR, provided the hourly wage and asked if this was acceptable; I previously expected that discussion about money didn't occur until after receiving a job offer.
Since I was transitioning in my career, I was asked to justify how this internship would help me with my future goals
What classes did you take in college? how do you handle time management?
Tell us about some of your work / previous experience and how it would relate to the position
Behavioural questions like "what are your weaknesses", and "where do you see yourself in 5,10 years".
