Why did you choose Smithfield BB-Q? My answer was simply, I always liked how Smithfield treated their customers, they appreciate the business and thought it would be a good fit for me as a part-time employee to make a little extra income, I was not happy how I was treated as an employee, since my experience working with Smithfield, I have not returned as customer. Seems all they care about is making money and keeping the managers happy.

(Car) Q: Name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Q: Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a manager. (We skipped. I couldn't think of a time.) Q: Tell me about a manager you enjoyed working with and one you didn't. Q: Tell me about a time you had to multi-task while at work? Q: What do you like to do for fun? (See hobbies rant above) Q: Where do you see yourself in the future? (I was honest about wanting to own a restaurant) Q: Did you provide references, and can we call them? (I provided ONLY professional references.) Q: Can you lift up to 50lbs throughout the day? Q: Can you stand on your feet for long periods of time? Q: When can you start?
