He also explained to me the company's vision and how I could help support this. The role play/TAP assessment
Give me a short version of your 30-60-90 day plan. Unexpected because it wasn't a sales position.
Tell me about a time where the tensions were high and you had to handle a situation while respecting the others there. Tell me about a time you had to prioritize an important task.
The TAP assessment was role playing based and very challenging within the time limit. Having an answer down is more important than having the perfect answer I gathered.
